How You Can Help

Take a Meeting into a Facility

Placeholder

Once a month, a team of two volunteers takes a meeting into a hospital, recovery center, treatment facility, or jail.

Organize Volunteers

Facility coordinators organize the meeting rosters to make sure there are two volunteers for every open shift. They also communicate with the facility if there are questions. They are the glue that hold the meetings together.

Be a Group Representative

H&I Group Representatives provide a vital communication link between the H&I Committee and individual A.A. home groups. They make announcements, let members know about volunteer opportunities and keep groups informed about H&I activities.

Sponsor a Member in Rehab

There’s a vital need for AA members from the outside to sponsor A A members confined in long-term rehab, care, and hospital facilities.
