You can take an A.A. meeting once a month to alcoholics who are confined to hospitals, treatment centers and corrections facilities in San Francisco.

Who We Are

We take A.A. meetings to people who are confined to hospitals and treatment and corrections facilities in San Francisco.

Our participating facilities include:

An H&I volunteer and a partner bring one meeting a month into one of our facilities. We also distribute A.A. literature

The first H&I meeting was held at San Quentin Prison in 1942. We now bring meetings to more than three dozen sites, providing several hundred meetings a month.
